EVP DISCOVERY PROJECT CONSULTING

Through a series of focus groups, leadership interviews and surveys, we uncover your true EVP. By asking the right questions and listening to the people in your business we gain powerful insights to drive people strategy. You are then delivered a full report that includes: what it’s like to work in your business, a measure of engagement, a culture assessment and the perceptions of leadership.

The report also includes recommended, simple and highly sophisticated people strategies to make your business the very best place to work it can be. Reports can also be built out to include Employment Branding guidelines and Employee Experience strategy. Both small and large scale global Discover Project options are available.

EMPLOYMENT BRANDING & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE

The EVP underpins the Employment Brand. After discovering your EVP, we help develop and differentiate it. It’s then time to build your Employment Brand and take it to market via a select number of channels including a new or updated careers site, social channels, a launch event, careers fairs and job boards.

The next priority is the Employee Experience (EX) and ensuring that every step in the employee journey is aligned with the brand and delivers and exceptional and engaging experience. With every Discovery Project we’ll develop your Employment Brand arcitecture. You’ll have the basis of a new or revised Employment Brand and a strategy on how you can develop the brand. We have a team of experts who can then assist you execute the brand strategy and EX.

PEOPLE & CULTURE STRATEGY

We don’t recommend strategy without insights. The EVP Discovery Project delivers those insights. Based on an intimate understanding of your businees & your strategic objectives we recommend taliored people strategies to make your business an Employer of Choice. Examples of strategies include; a new or revised induction program, a reward and recognition program, training, communications strategy (internal & external, digital and social), values & behaviours building, team building & talent attraction & operational recruitment strategy.

WHAT IS AN EVP EXACTLY?

The EVP is, by technical definition, the balance of rewards an individual receives in return for their work. Put simply, it is this, but it is also so much more. The EVP is functional, symbolic and intrinsic. The EVP of an organisation includes employee benefits, the employee experience and also the emotional rewards (or lack of) the employee receives. The EVP underpins the Employment Brand. The EVP is the organisational identity. The EVP determines whether an organisation is a great place to work or a poor place to work.

 Kylie is an EVP Specialist, Talent Attraction Strategist, Career Coach, Speaker and the owner of Inspired Careers & Inspired EVP. She consults to organisations on EVP Development and how to drive business success with talent. Kylie’s career in HR has spanned Generalist HR, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Talent Attraction strategy, EVP Development and HR leadership. She is recognized as expert in Employment Branding and defining the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) & Employee Experience (EX). She’s worked across the globe, spending many years in Rome, London and Dublin. She’s sat on the leadership team of a number of organisations and held senior positions such as Head of People and Culture and Talent Director.
