The EVP is functional, symbolic and intrinsic. The EVP of an organisation includes employee benefits, the employee experience and also the emotional rewards (or lack of) the employee receives. The EVP underpins the Employment Brand. The EVP is the organisational identity and differentiates your business from any other.
